OASiS Workout #2
Late in the day, felt poopy and really didn't want to work out. I felt great once I got the blood flowin' though.

Notes:
At the end of this I was feeling really great. I was thinking that I might have to amend my ladder plan to add more reps. On second thought though, I need to keep in mind that this ladder is going to build up really quickly (that's what ladders do, duh) so I think that I am just going to go with it. Could have done more work but I had to attend to the family. Good recharge workout.
