Workout with Com. Chimmers and friend

A fun a little workout with Com. Chimmers and a friend who was visiting that weekend. I convinced my friend to join us in a workout that Saturday morning, and he was very brave to come along. He did very well considering that he had never picked up a kettlebell before! We had a very informal, fun workout where we kind of stood in a circle and passed the KB around for out sets. I may have forgotten a set or two, but Chimmers and I basically did this...

All done with the 1.5 pood.
